Please note that total lead time of delivery is Warehouse processing time (1 business days) + Courier Shipping time (see below)

NOTE: Delivery times may be extended for remote areas. The dates mentioned provide a guideline, shipping timeframes may be subject to change due to several factor such as customs clearance, accuracy of contact details, delivery addresses, response of receiver upon delivery attempt etc.

NOTE: Business days are from Saturday to Thursday excluding any public holidays.

We are working with our logistics partner to improve delivery lead time to ensure our customers receives their order at the earliest possible dates.

If no one is available to accept delivery of your order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company. If you fail to collect your delivery by the second attempt, you may be charged an additional delivery charge for any further attempt. After 3 (three) separate failed deliveries or we and / or the courier company failed to reach out to you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and we will treat such cancellation as a return.

Please provide a full and complete address to ensure on-time delivery. Orders may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the regions listed above at this moment.
