NOHA'S TIPS

Apply three strokes to the apples of your cheeks and blend upwards towards the temples - you can either use a blush brush or your fingertips.
On your lips, add three strokes of the tint, and dap it all over your lips softly and gently to have an even distribution.
You can also use it as a base before applying your favorite color of BLUSH ON.
To have more intense color, repeat the process and build it up!
